TSFR operated at the intersection of State Hill Road and the entrance to the Berkshire Square shopping center parking lot on Thursday afternoon August 22, assisting neighboring Wyomissing FD with a motor vehicle accident. Originally dispatched as injuries unknown, the call was also identified as “Level 2” which indicates a possibility of a more serious condition, in this case due to callers reporting one car to have rolled over.

Engine 79 arrived and reported two vehicles with negative entrapment and EMS in attendance. As Rescue 85 arrived, command assigned them to assist Engine 79’s crew with checking on patient condition and controlling automotive fluids. R85s crew performed all tasks as directed and stood by with no other services required. R85 was then released by command, went available and returned to station.
