TSFRS personnel would like to extend our deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of the following firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice in February. We also offer our sympathy to the fire service families affected by these events.

2/4 Battalion Chief Keith Long, Washington DC Fire and EMS, suffered a medical event during a department function.
2/6 Firefighter Howard Bennett, Camden NJ FD, drowned while performing maintenance on the fireboat docked on the Delaware River
2/10 Firefighter Dale Malone, White Level Rural FD/ Louisburg NC, suffered a medical emergency while operating at a house fire.
