At the recommendation of the District Forester, the burn ban enacted by the County Commissioners has been rescinded due to the recent rains and cooler temperatures.

The cooperation of Twp residents during the ban was greatly appreciated. Residents are reminded that the regular Township ordinance covering outside burning is still in effect. Information can be obtained from the Township Fire Marshal.
