Quick thinking neighbor children spotted and reported a fire against a condo in the Wyomissing HIlls section of Wyomissing Boro early Thursday evening April 21. A small pile of rags had ignited and were spreading into the vinyl siding and underlayment which were quickly addressed by the occupants and neighbors and eventually the fire department.

Wyo FD Ladder 79 was on location of another csll in the Boro and responded immediately. TSFR E85 arrived first and stretched a hose line to quickly control the fire. The assignment was held to E85 and L79 with no further service required.k
