On Thursday morning, November 13, TSFR Station 85 along with Western Berks EMS Medic 6521 and I6522 were dispatched to the area of Hillvale and Garfield Aves in the Midvale Manor section of the Township for a reported vehicle accident with a rollover. Rescue Engine 85 arrived and found a two-car accident with one rolled over. The crew met with Township PD who stated that there were two people involved, with negative entrapment and minor fluids. RE85s crew evaluated both patients and reported 1 patient for transport and 1 for evaluation. Members also secured the vehicles and covered fluids.
Medic 6521 arrived on location and patient care was transferred over to them. RE85 remained on location until the Medic transported. At this, RE85 was then released by STPD, went available and returned to service.
