| The National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Weekend is held every year at this time on the campus of the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg Maryland. 204 flags will be raised this year to honor the most recent additions to the roster of the fallen. Captain Derek Nester from Wyomissing FD was honored last year and we expect to see our brothers from Walnuttown to be added next year.
