The officers and members of the Township of Spring Fire Rescue express our sincerest condolences to the families of New Tripoli Fire Company volunteer Asst Chief Zachary Paris and Firefighter Marvin Gruber who died in the line of duty while fighting a fire in West Penn Township Schuylkill County early Wednesday morning December 7. Our deepest thoughts also go out to the brothers and sisters with the New Tripoli Fire Company who are mourning the loss of two of their own.

The flag at TSFR’s station at Monroe Ave and West Wyomissing Blvd will be flying at half mast in remembrance of their sacrifice.
